3 days from Versailles to Saint-Tropez

From the Château de Versailles to Saint-Tropez by way of Gordes, discover the extraordinary Airelles maisons!

9.30am: Breakfast at Versailles, a Majestic Sunrise

Start your day with the Réveille du Roi: your personal butler will wake you up with classical music, a glass of orange blossom-infused milk and a bubble bath, just as the Kings and Queens of France once did. Then, enjoy a delicious breakfast by Alain Ducasse before embarking on an exclusive tour to discover the secrets of the Domain du Trianon. Afterwards, in the Valmont Spa at Le Grand Contrôle, you can then relax with the Miroir Majestueux, one of our signature treatments.

12.30pm: A Royal Feast

One of the most important events in the King’s daily life at court were the feasts! At Le Grand Contrôle, Chef Alain Ducasse has created a lunchtime experience fit for royalty. Take a seat on the terrace and choose from a menu with two, three or five courses.

3pm: The spirit of Versailles

Re-live the Royal Court’s equestrian passion by exploring the gardens of the Château de Versailles on  horseback. Then, you can take a tour of the famous Hall of Mirrors before a well deserved pause for tea-time.

8.30pm: Royal Entertainment

To round off an exceptional day, attend a performance in one of the hidden treasures of Versailles: the Royal Opera House. After the show, you can join the artists backstage and raise a toast to this royal experience.

11am: Welcome to Gordes

After dropping off your bags at La Bastide, take a leisurely drive in our vintage 2CV to visit the lavender fields, vineyards and nearby villages and immerse yourself in Provence’s enchanting lifestyle.

1.30pm: Lunch with a view

Nestled in the gardens of La Bastide with sweeping views of the Luberon Valley, L’Orangerie proposes a refined cuisine filled with locally-sourced ingredients brimming with sunshine.

4pm: Excursion to Estoublon

Take the road to Le Domaine d’Estoublon, a beautiful estate just one hour from Gordes. Among other gastronomic treats, you can participate in tastings of the Château’s exceptional wines and olive oils.

8.30pm: An unforgettable Provençal evening

Soak up the last rays of sunshine while dining at Clover Gordes, the celebrated restaurant from Chef Jean-François Piège in La Bastide. Then, after nightfall, if the sky is clear, an astronomer will unveil the secrets of the stars.

12.30pm: Farniente!

Take a ride in the Airelles Rolls-Royce to Jardin Tropézina, located just a few minutes’ drive from Pan Deï Palais. Opt for delicious grilled fish while enjoying the sea view, accompanied by a glass of rosé from Château d’Estoublon. After lunch, you can sunbathe on the private Airelles beach.
